This is a documentary which explores the latest ban on models within sport; Grid Girls. The Sun Page 3 girls were banned in 2015 and since then, Darts Walk-On girls and Formula 1 Grid Girls have also been axed. These bans have been strongly influenced by the feminist movement and I wanted to get their perspective on the ban and how this is a step forward in the fight against female objectification but also how it may be a step back in terms of giving women choice. I also spoke to a former grid girl to get her take on the ban and explore how it has affected her personally.
